The Salido integration with Factor4 (via EPX / Electronic Payment Exchange) provides restaurant operators with real-time stored-value card processing and gift card program management. By enabling this integration, back-of-house teams and point-of-sale operators can streamline gift workflows directly within Salido across physical and digital storefronts.

This integration allows you to:

• Issue and redeem physical plastic gift cards and digital eGift cards across store locations
• Process real-time gift card activations, reloads, voids, and refunds directly on the POS terminal
• Execute instant, secure balance inquiries at the point of purchase

To Configure the Factor4 Integration:

1. Navigate to the Settings section of the Bridge, click Payments, and select Payment Methods

2. Scroll down to the Gift Cards section and click + Add

3. Define the basic gift card properties:

1. Enter a Name for the gift card
2. Toggle Is Enabled to activate
3. Toggle Tippable if gratuity is allowed on the gift card

4. Select Factor4 from the Type drop-down menu

5. Enter the configuration credentials provided by EPX

6. Click Save and Next

7. Tick the boxes for the locations where this gift card will be enabled and click Save
