• Price Adjustments: Correcting a pricing error discovered during a transaction.

To Override an Item Price on the Handheld POS: 

1. If logged out to the PIN screen, enter your PIN and tap OK

2. Open an existing or create a new check and add the desired menu items to it

3. Tap and hold the menu item to bring up the check options

4. Tap Edit Price

5. Use the keypad to enter the new price for the menu item, e.g., $5.00

6. Tap Save to keep your price override

7. Observe the new price in the menu item list
