The Salido handheld device offers flexible options for processing cash payments, allowing for efficient and accurate transactions. Whether you need to tender an exact amount quickly, accept a predicted payment, or handle split tender scenarios, the handheld POS provides the tools you need.

• Efficient Cash Handling: Utilize quick buttons for exact amounts, predicted cash, or custom entries to speed up the payment process.
• Flexible Payment Options: Split payments between cash and credit cards to accommodate various customer preferences.

To Take a Cash Payment on the Handheld:

1. If logged out to the PIN screen, enter your PIN and tap OK

2. Open an existing or create a new check

3. Tap Pay to access the payment screen

4. Tap Yes or No to print a Guest Receipt before accepting payment

5. Tap a predetermined amount or tap Custom amount to enter a custom amount

• If choosing Custom amount, enter the amount and tap Next
  
  

6. Tap Receipt to print or No Receipt to continue without printing

The check is now paid and can be closed
