- Creation and Management: Users can create and manage tables, specifying attributes such as name, shape, number of seats, and seat names.
- Reusable Entities: Tables designed are reusable across multiple floor plans, facilitating flexible space arrangement.
- Role-Specific Access: Only users with Manage Floor Plans permissions can configure tables.
Note:
- Tables must be pre-configured before incorporating them into floor plans.
- Configuration access is available from the main Floor Plan directory and during new floor plan creation.
To Create and Configure a Table from the Floor Plan Directory:
1. Navigate to Settings > Restaurant Operations in the Bridge and select Floor Plans
2. Click on Configure Tables to open the table list
3. Add a new table by selecting the + New Table button located at the top right or bottom left
4. Enter table details:
A. Assign a unique Name
B. Choose the table Shape (e.g., circle, square)
C. Specify the number of Seats
D. Optional: Customize seat names by selecting Edit Seats and then Save
E. Confirm the new table setup with the Save option
5. Repeat Steps 3 and 4 for all desired tables within your establishment

2. Click on Configure Tables to open the Table Creation interface
3. Add a new table by selecting the + New Table button located at the top right or bottom left

C. Specify the number of Seats
D. Confirm the new table setup with the Save option
