If a single location in your organization keeps a different schedule than the other Locations in the organization, a Location Override may be necessary.
Location Overrides will overwrite any Group of which that Location is a part, as well as Organization Daypart Schedules.
To Override the Organization-level Schedule or the Group Override for a Single Location:
1. Navigate to Settings > Restaurant Operations in the Bridge and select Daypart Schedules
2. Select the Location Overrides tab and click + New Location Override
3. Select the Location to edit from the drop-down menu and click Save
4. Once the proper Location is selected, scroll down and click Edit to bring up the new Daypart Schedule for editing
5. Click the + under the day of the week on which the Location Override starts (any day of the week will work as all seven days can be selected in the following menu)
6. Select the Daypart to be added to the Location Override from the drop-down menu at the top of the window
If no Dayparts have been created, Salido offers the ability to create them from within this menu by selecting + New Daypart from the drop-down menu
7. Select the desired Daypart from the drop-down menu and choose the start time for that particular Daypart
A Daypart doesn't end until the next Daypart begins, even if that Daypart begins the next calendar day, e.g. if the organization only serves Breakfast that starts at 4:00 a.m., all sales will be attributed to that Daypart until the next Breakfast Daypart begins on the following calendar day
8. Select the days of the week that the Daypart is to be applied
9. Click Save in the bottom right
To add additional Dayparts to the same Location Override, repeat steps 4 through 8
10. Once the entire Location Override has been created, click Save in the bottom right to save the new Location Override Daypart Schedule
