Salido provides Prep Schedules to manage varying circumstances throughout different meal periods.
Prep Schedules are not created under the Prep Schedules menu. Instead, they are set up and customized under the Prep Profiles menu, and the Prep Schedules menu is used for viewing and editing previously created schedules. To create a Prep Schedule, a Prep Profile must be created first.
To Add a New Prep Schedule:
1. Navigate to Settings > Restaurant Operations in the Bridge and select Prep Profiles
If you have not yet created a Prep Profile for this location, you must do so before proceeding. Instructions for creating a Prep Profile can be found by clicking here.
2. From the drop-down menu, select the Location for which you want to create a Prep Profile
3. Click the row of the Prep Profile you wish to edit
3. Scroll down to the menu items, and click to open the Actions menu, and select Create Prep Schedule
4. Name the Prep Schedule and choose the Default Route
The name can be custom, but the Default Route must be a Prep Group or individual device. Both fields are required for creating a new Prep Schedule.
5. Choose and configure Scheduled Type: Daypart Schedules or Custom Schedule

6. Review the New Prep Schedule for accuracy and then click Save
7. To allocate the new Prep Schedule to specific Menu Items, navigate through the list and choose the respective new Prep Schedule for each item from its drop-down menu
8. Once the appropriate Prep Schedules have been assigned to their proper Menu Items, click
