Prep Groups represent a designated set of hardware devices, such as printers and Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), that relay specific information to the appropriate location, even down to individual menu item modifiers.
- Each Prep Group can be configured to route to one or multiple targets. For example, an order for a dessert drink necessitating ice cream and liquor would be routed to the bar and kitchen.
