Salido provides functionality to establish Revenue Centers for detailed restaurant sales and performance monitoring.
- Revenue Centers can denote a physical restaurant space (Bar, Dining Room, Patio) or abstract revenue sources that require tracking.
- Revenue Centers are individually associated with each Location.
To Create a New Revenue Center:
1. Navigate to Settings > Restaurant Operations in the Bridge and select Revenue Centers
2. Click + New Revenue Center
3. Name your new Revenue Center (e.g., Bar, Patio, Dining Room), choose the Default Party Size, and choose the text to display in the Receipt Footer
4. Select whether or not this Revenue Center will be Tippable by checking the tick box
You can disable this setting to stop employees from modifying credit card tips at this Revenue Center once the initial payment has been processed. This is particularly useful for scenarios where payment and gratuity are handled simultaneously at this Revenue Center.
5. Click Save to keep your changes
