Streamline your overtime management with the Bridge's conditional formatting feature. By applying color-coded alerts to your Labor Reports, you can quickly identify employees approaching or exceeding overtime thresholds. This visual cue helps you proactively adjust schedules and control labor costs, ensuring compliance and efficient workforce management.

- Saved Reports: Create and save custom Labor Reports with your preferred conditional formatting, providing easy access to overtime monitoring.
To Set Up Conditional Formatting to Monitor Overtime:
1. Navigate to the Reports section of the Bridge and click on Labor Report
2. Click the report view drop-down menu at the top of the screen and select + Create New View
3. Enter a Name for your new view in the text field and click Save
4. Use the Select Location drop-down menu to choose one or more locations by ticking the checkboxes next to their names
5. Use the Date Range drop-down menu to select a predefined range (e.g., Today, Yesterday, Last Month) or enter a custom date range
6. Click the Report Title button to open the customization tray on the right
7. Scroll down to the Columns section and click the configuration button next to Overtime Hours
8. Adjust the cell and text colors to fit your preference
- Set the text color by clicking the + for Color Range, and then either move the slider or use the eyedropper to select the desired color
- Set the cell color by selecting Color from the Background drop-down menu

9. Close the configuration trays by clicking the tab with the double arrows
10. Click Save Changes to save your custom overtime alert report
This report will now alert you through color-coded cells whenever an employee surpasses the overtime threshold set by the Labor Policies in the Bridge.
