The Discount Detail report provides a granular, chronological breakdown of every discount, comp, and promotion applied to guest checks within a selected time period in the Salido Bridge. While the Discounts Summary offers high-level aggregates, this report lists every individual discount application—including check-level discounts pro-rated across items and cash discounts—allowing managers to audit specific transactions, verify reason-code compliance, and review exact discount amounts.
This report allows you to:
- Review a chronological list of all discounts applied to guest checks within a selected date range.
- Audit exact discount reasons and amounts alongside menu items, check numbers, and transaction times.
- Organize discount data dynamically by employee, order type, revenue center, daypart, or location.
