The Modifier Detail report provides a granular, chronological breakdown of every modifier applied to menu items on guest checks within a selected time period in the Salido Bridge. While the Modifiers Summary offers high-level aggregates, this report lists every individual modifier application—including zero-dollar ($0) modifiers—allowing managers to analyze customization trends, audit specific transactions, and review exact pricing impacts.
This report allows you to:
- Review a chronological list of all modifiers applied to guest checks within a selected date range.
- Audit exact modifier prices and total sales alongside menu items, check numbers, and transaction times.
- Organize modifier data dynamically by employee, order type, revenue center, daypart, or location.
