The Salido Bridge reporting suite allows users with Enterprise Level access to customize and save customized views of enterprise-level reports, transforming multi-location aggregated data into tailored analytical views. Users can modify the layout of default base reports, save unique configurations as named custom views, and set preferred views as the default experience.
This feature allows you to:
- Adjust the report's content and layout by adding, removing, or reordering columns, applying filters, and grouping rows.
- Save multiple unique configurations as named Custom Views to easily reload preferred settings without re-filtering.
- Set a customized view as the default report to load automatically upon opening the report.
- Delete custom views when they are no longer required for analytical tracking.
Prerequisite: Modifying and saving custom reports at the enterprise level requires a Bridge user role with Enterprise Level access enabled.
To Customize an Enterprise-Level Report:
1. Navigate to the Reports section of the Bridge and click on the report to customize
2. Choose whether to modify the Base Report or create a Custom View by selecting the choice from the drop-down menu. If modifying the Base Report, skip to Step 3
- To create a New View:
Click the report view drop-down menu at the top of the screen and select + Create New View
Enter a Name for the view in the text field and click Save
3. Use the Brand drop-down menu to choose one or more brands by ticking the checkboxes next to their names
4. Use the Date Range drop-down menu to select a predefined range (e.g., Today, Yesterday, Last Month) or enter a custom date range
5. Click and hold to drag columns to the desired position
6. Add more columns to the report by ticking the desired boxes in the Columns tray
7. Click and hold to drag the added column to its desired position in the report
8. Remove columns by deselecting the tick boxes next to the column to remove
9. Add column fields to Row Groups by clicking the six dots icon (⋮⋮) next to the desired field and dragging it into position in the Row Groups section
Note: Not all columns can be used as grouping fields in the Row Groups section.
10. To refine results, click the Filters icon, expand a category (like Fiscal Day), set the criteria, and click Apply
11. Click Save Changes to save the configuration of the Custom View or Base Report
To Set an Enterprise Custom View as the Default View:
1. Navigate to the Reports section of the Bridge and select the report
2. Select the desired saved custom view from the report view drop-down menu
3. Toggle the Make Default View switch to On to save the preference
Note: Default views set at the Enterprise Level only load when accessing the report via the enterprise scope. This does not override default views set at the Brand Level or Organization Level.
To Delete an Enterprise Custom View:
1. Navigate to the Reports section of the Bridge and select the report containing the custom view to delete
2. Select the custom view from the report view drop-down menu
3. Click the Delete View button
4. Click Continue in the confirmation dialog to permanently delete the view
Understanding Custom View Scope
Each custom view is isolated to its respective level within the organization hierarchy. Designing or setting a default custom view at the Enterprise Level does not affect views configured at the Brand Level or Organization Level. This structural separation allows corporate administrators and local venue managers to maintain independent default dashboards and specialized filters without overlapping or disrupting other analytical workflows.
