Configuring the End of Day (EOD) time in the Bridge is crucial for accurately managing and closing your business operations daily. The Auto EOD Time field allows you to set a specific time when the system automatically closes the day, ensuring all transactions and reports are correctly accounted for. Additionally, manual EOD can be performed directly from a POS terminal, providing flexibility for your business needs.

To Configure End of Day in the Bridge:

1. Navigate to the Business Units section in the Bridge and select Locations

2. If you haven't yet set up a Location, follow the instructions at this link first. Otherwise, search or scroll to find your location, and click the Location you wish to edit

3. Set the desired hour and minute for the Auto EOD Time using the provided fields

4. Follow this step only if you wish to run EOD manually from the POS. Click the trash icon next to the Auto EOD Time field to remove the auto-set time for EOD

5. Click Save to save your changes
