Personalize your guest experience and reinforce your brand by uploading a company logo in the Bridge. This logo will be prominently displayed on guest-facing screens, such as the digital signature page.
Image Requirements:
Before uploading, please ensure your logo file meets the following requirements for the best results:
- Format: The logo should be designed for use on a white background (Light Mode).
- Shape: Use a square image.
- Resolution: The image must have a minimum resolution of 400x400 pixels, and no larger than 1 MB.
To Upload You Company Logo:
1. Navigate to the Business Units menu within the Bridge and select Locations from the drop-down menu
2. Click the Location you wish to edit to bring up the Edit Location menu
3. Scroll down to the Company Logo section:
- If your company has never uploaded an image before, click Upload Image
- If your company has already uploaded a logo, click the image to begin the upload process
4. Click Upload and choose the file from your computer
5. Confirm that the desired image has been uploaded, then click Save
Your company logo will now appear on the Digital Signature page:
