The Enterprise Selector in the Bridge provides corporate administrators and regional operators with a centralized navigation hub to transition between high-level enterprise reporting and individual brand or location views. This unified selector simplifies multi-brand administration by allowing users to toggle reporting scopes, drill down into brand-specific configurations, and manage permissions across multiple business entities from a single interface.
This feature allows you to:
- Access corporate-wide consolidated views of business metrics.
- Navigate between the highest Enterprise tier, associated Brands, and downstream Locations.
- Filter administrative dashboards and reporting summaries based on selected corporate scopes.
Landing Behavior and Default Views
Users with enterprise-level permissions land directly on the top-level Enterprise view upon logging into Salido Bridge. To streamline daily operational review, the interface automatically directs to the first available reporting screen—specifically Sales Accounting Summary—rather than landing on a standard location-specific dashboard.
To Navigate with the Enterprise Selector:
1. Click the Chevron (pointing downward) next to the Enterprise name in the upper left of the screen to expand the entity selection menu
2. Locate the desired business entity in the expanded list. The menu displays the top-level Enterprise, all associated Brands, and individual Locations nested beneath each brand
3. Click any Brand in the list to transition to the brand-specific view
4. To return to the top-level corporate view at any time, open the selector menu and click the Enterprise name
Understanding Visual Scope Indicators
The entity selector provides visual cues to identify the current working scope:
- Scoping Checkmark: A checkmark appears next to the currently selected enterprise or brand in the entity list.
- Scoping Icons: Dedicated corporate, brand, and single-location icons represent different levels of ownership and hierarchy.
System Behavior and Scope Constraints
Enterprise Level Constraints
Custom reports and custom view configurations are disabled at the Enterprise level. To configure or access custom reporting views, utilize the selector to scope down to the specific Brand or Location level first.
Requesting Enterprise Access
Enterprise-level access is managed directly by your Salido Account Manager. Contact your Salido Account Manager to request, modify, or authorize enterprise permissions for corporate users in Salido Bridge.
