Enhance your Online Ordering (OLO) menu and entice guests by adding high-quality images to your menu items directly in the Bridge. This simple process allows you to upload professional, appealing photos for each dish, creating a more engaging and visually rich experience for your customers.

Before you begin, here are a few key things to know about this feature:

• A Menu Item must be created and saved in the Bridge before the image upload option becomes available for it.
• You can upload two types of images for each item: a Primary photo (often used for list views and thumbnails) and a larger Banner photo for the item's main page.
• The maximum file size for each image is 1MB to ensure your online menu loads quickly for customers.

To Add an Image to a Menu Item:

1. Navigate to the Menu section in the Bridge and select Items

2. Use the search bar to find the Menu Item and then click the item to open the editor

3. Scroll down to the image tiles and click Upload Image for the Primary Image tile

4. Click the Upload bar to open your computer's file explorer and upload your desired image

5. Enter an optional Description for the item

6. Click Save to keep your image uploads
