Exporting reports as PDFs in the Bridge provides a convenient and universally accessible way to share and view your data. The PDF format preserves formatting and ensures readability across various devices, making it ideal for distribution and printing.
- Universal Accessibility: PDFs can be easily shared, printed, and viewed on both desktop and mobile devices.
- Format Preservation: Exporting to PDF retains the report's column and row formatting, ensuring consistent presentation.
Note: Users must have "View Reports" permission in the Bridge to access and generate reports.
To Export a Report to a PDF:
1. Navigate to the Reports section of the Bridge and click on the report you want to run
The default settings for all reports are the Base Report, All Locations, and Today's date.

2. Use the Select Location drop-down menu to choose one or more locations by ticking the checkboxes next to their names
3. Use the Date Range drop-down menu to select a predefined range (e.g., Today, Yesterday, Last Month) or enter a custom date range
4. Click the Download button in the top right
Note: When exporting a custom report, collapse the Data Grid tray before downloading the PDF to prevent it from obscuring your data.
5. To customize the download, enter a file name (optional), select a paper size (Letter, A3, or A4), and choose the orientation (Portrait or Landscape). Then, click Download PDF
6. A spinner will appear while the PDF is generated. Once complete, the file will be downloaded to your designated download folder
7. Open the downloaded PDF to view the report
