Once you've set up your organization's Bridge Roles, it is time to invite your employees to the Bridge. Under the Bridge Users Menu, it is important to assign them the proper role that ensures they have the correct permissions to perform their jobs effectively and to keep your restaurant secure.
To Add a New Bridge User:
1. Navigate to Staff in the Bridge and select Bridge Users
2. Click Invite User to bring up the Send Invite screen
3. Enter the required Email address of the employee to invite
4. Select the Bridge Role or roles to assign to the new user from the drop-down menu
5. Click Send
Once the invite is sent, the new employee will receive an email alerting them that they have been invited to join the Salido Bridge. The email will contain a link to create a login and join the team.
NOTE: The user must accept the invite in a Chrome browser, or this link will not work.
To Edit a Bridge User:
When an employee's access needs to be adjusted (e.g., add or remove permissions for a promotion or demotion), you can edit their role under the Bridge Users Menu. You can also update their information and temporarily disable their access entirely.
1. Navigate to Staff in the Bridge and select Bridge Users
2. Click the row of the bridge user you wish to edit to bring up the Edit Bridge User Menu
Under the Edit Bridge User menu, you can edit the following:
- Last Name (Required)
- First Name (Required)
- Primary Email (Required)
- Bridge Roles (Required)
- Disable or Enable access to the Bridge (by moving the toggle left or right)
3. Once the appropriate edits are made in the menu, click Save in the bottom right
To Delete a Pending Invite to a Bridge User:
Under the list of users in the Bridge Users Menu, a list of pending invites is displayed. The list informs your organization when and if the user has accepted their invitation to the Bridge.

To delete the notification, click the
on the right next to the line item you wish to remove and select Delete

Confirm the deletion by clicking Continue on the popup message
