FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS

• Discount Management - The handheld now has the ability to use the 'Manage Check Discounts' permission, just like on the stationary terminal. Servers with this permission can now manually override auto-applied discounts directly from the Discounts pop-up on the handheld device.
• Quick Send - A new Quick Send button is available in the check action tray to bypass the auto-logout setting on specific terminals. This feature lets servers immediately send an order to the kitchen and stay logged in to the current check for further adjustments, similar to how it works on the stationary terminal.

• Open Price Menu Items - Servers can now easily enter a custom price for any menu item configured as "Open" on the POS. When they select an item with an open price, a number pad will appear, allowing them to input the specific dollar amount before applying it to the check. This is now like the stationary terminal.

• Open Gratuities - The handheld's Fee pop-up now includes the ability to manage Open Gratuities, aligning the handheld with the stationary terminal. Servers can now apply, adjust, and manage these open-amount gratuities directly on the handheld device, streamlining the checkout process.
