• Salido Gift Card Portal - A Gift Card dashboard in the Bridge allows managers to view, filter, and adjust gift card details. Managers can sort gift card records by key details like card numbers, payment methods, types, transaction dates, and balances, and select any row to view its complete details. Within this dashboard, transactions made using a gift card are shown as negative values to accurately represent debits from the card's balance.

• Enhanced Check Search Functionality - The check search functionality in Bridge has been expanded to include the last four digits of a credit or gift card and specific payment amounts. This allows for faster location of specific transactions, especially in cases involving split payments.

• Updated Tax Settings Terminology - The Tax Tracking settings in the Bridge feature updated drop-down option names and explanatory help text. Users setting up tax calculations can select Compounded or Non-compounded to control how additional taxes apply to tax-inclusive items.

• Item-Level Fee and Discount Exclusions - Users setting up item-level fees and discounts in the Bridge can designate menu items as either inclusive or exclusive. Selecting exclusive allows fees and discounts to automatically apply to all menu items except those specifically excluded.
• Item Price and Discount Display Updates - The POS displays item prices without automatically including applied discounts, and itemized discount amounts are hidden from display. This ensures clear pricing visibility for servers during the ordering process.
• Menu Item Display Without Images - Menu items without attached images display a clean white background instead of a placeholder icon. This ensures a streamlined look for items on the SOLO menu.
• Refund Receipts in Bridge - Refund receipts are available to preview, download, email, text, and print from the Checks menu in the Bridge. These receipts match the structure of Void receipts while reflecting Refund terminology.
• Cash Drawer Auto-Pop on Voided Cash Payment - Voiding a cash payment triggers the cash drawer assigned to the terminal printer to open automatically. This allows staff to return the original payment to the customer.
• Android Keyboard Return Key Support - The green arrow key on the Android keyboard functions as an Enter or Finish button on T3 Pro terminals. Tapping the key submits entered text, closes the keyboard view, and returns the user directly to the underlying POS screen.
• Customizable Check Labels on POS - When naming a check, the default check number is automatically cleared when you select the label field, allowing you to enter a custom name. The official check number is retained for all receipts, prep tickets, and reporting.
• Credit Tip Audit Section on Shift Report - Individual employee shift reports include a Credit Tip Audit section that displays a breakdown of all credit card transactions, including the check number, card last four, subtotal, tip amount, and check total. A summary total row aggregates these credit card payment totals to streamline tip verification for servers and managers.

BUG FIXES

• Resolved an issue that prevented images from saving to menu items. Images added to menu items now display correctly in Bridge and on Online Ordering pages.
• Resolved an issue where items selected for a new Category were not saved if the item selection window was closed before the category was created. Items added to a new Category will now remain selected throughout the creation workflow.
• Additional product updates targeted at improving usability and customer experience.
