FEATURES & ENHANCEMENTS
-
Restaurant Logo Uploader for Digital Signature Screen - Merchants can now upload a restaurant logo in the Bridge Web Portal under Business Units > Location. This central location for image uploads allows the logo to be used across different applications, including throughout the Digital Signature workflow. A help text is available to guide users on the best image specifications for a positive outcome, recommending a square image with a minimum resolution of 400px x 400px. If no logo is available, the screen will appear without a name or logo.

- All report export options are now consolidated into a single, user-friendly dropdown menu, making it easier to download reports in your preferred format. The new menu, labeled Download, includes options for Print, Download as PDF, Download as CSV, and Download as Excel. This change simplifies the user experience by centralizing all export functions in one location.

The new Notifications panel on the POS now automatically captures all failed print jobs, giving staff the ability to Retry the print, Resolve the error, or View the Check directly from the alert to ensure no order is lost.

BUG FIXES
- Resolved an issue where the digital signature workflow incorrectly appeared at the beginning of a transaction when "Start Tab with Card" and "Enable Digital Signature" were both enabled. The digital signature workflow now correctly presents to the user only at the end of the guest visit when "Pay Tab" is selected, ensuring a streamlined and predictable workflow.
- Resolved an issue where long Modifier Group names caused other modifiers to be pushed down or off-screen. Modifiers now wrap correctly
- Resolved an issue where tapping the 'Notes' shortcut button did not automatically activate the text field for typing. The keyboard will now appear and the cursor will be active immediately, allowing users to begin typing right away.
- Resolved an issue where the "Adjust Payment" function incorrectly included the tip in the total amount. The user interface now automatically adds the tip separately to the keyed-in payment amount, ensuring that the adjusted amount is applied toward only the check balance.
- Resolved an issue where a menu item's global price was displayed instead of the correct location-specific price level on the modifier screen. The correct price for the location now displays immediately, regardless of terminal settings like "Modifier Selection" or "Seat Assignment."
- Resolved an issue that caused two receipts with blank signature lines to print when a guest selected "No Tip" on a digital signature-enabled transaction. The system now treats "No Tip" as a tip-settled payment and prints a single receipt with the captured signature, without any additional signature lines.
- Resolved an issue where the reports filter would search after only one date was selected. The filter now waits for both a start and an end date before searching.
- Resolved an issue where the Location ID field in the Marketplace configuration edit form was truncated, preventing users from viewing or editing the full ID.
- Resolved an issue where clicking "Cancel" after attempting to create or cancel a duplicate item did not display the confirmation dialog for unsaved changes.
- Resolved an issue that allowed employees to be created with a PIN less than three characters in the Bridge. A validation now prevents the saving of an employee unless the PIN has a minimum of three characters, ensuring consistency with WebPOS.
- Resolved an issue where the Bridge activity log displayed a misleading price for discounted items. The log now correctly shows the price based on a hierarchy: first the override price, then the price level, and finally the base menu item price, providing an accurate record of the price applied.
- Resolved an issue where drag bars were missing when editing modifier groups within menus in the Bridge Web Portal, which prevented the reordering of modifiers. Drag-and-drop anchors now correctly appear and function in the "edit modifier group" window, allowing users to organize modifier lists as desired.
- Resolved an issue where the POS would not load and would display a perpetual spinning wheel if the terminal's default view was set to "New Check" and "Party Size" was set to "Required." Terminal settings are now configured to prevent conflicting combinations, ensuring the POS loads correctly.
