Salido upholds stringent security standards by disallowing duplicate employee PIN Codes and recommends a mnemonic method for easy recall:
- Unique PIN Codes can be created, possibly combining the last four digits of an employee's social security number and numerical employment start month.
- Situations like potential security breaches, employee turnover, or forgotten codes may necessitate PIN Code changes for sustained system access.
To Change an Employee PIN Code:
1. Navigate to the Personnel section in the Bridge and select Employees
2. Click the next to the Employee who needs to change their PIN Code and select Edit
3. From the Account tab, scroll down to the General section of the entry form and enter a new PIN Code
4. Click when you are finished
