The Salido integration with Stream connects your point of sale directly to your delivery service providers (DSPs) to consolidate your digital ordering. Because this setup is initiated from the Stream dashboard and the Bridge OLO configurations rather than a standard Marketplace tile, the setup process is a bit different than other integrations.
This integration allows you to:
Set your POS as the source of truth for your menu schedule, automatically updating Stream when republished.
Route orders directly to your POS by enabling specific order types, such as takeout and delivery, in the Stream settings.
Automatically block orders for items with low stock counts by sending a failed order message back to the customer.
OLO Configuration Bridge Setup
Configure the OLO Config Template in the Bridge to act as the primary menu schedule for the integration. This schedule dictates when specific menus and items are available to order on connected platforms.
1. In the Bridge, navigate to Settings > Ordering > OLO Configurations
2. Click the Assignments tab, then click the Assign button next to the location you wish to add to Stream
3. Select the Stream OLO Configuration template from the drop-down menu, then click Save

Stream to Bridge Configuration
Initiate the authorization flow from the Stream dashboard to connect with the Salido Bridge. This process links specific POS locations to your Stream environment to enable data synchronization.
6. Log in to your Stream environment in a web browser and click Connect POS
Note: Your Stream account manager should have this set up for you before you complete the process. When you log in for the first time, you should see the pop-up message above with the Connect POS button.
If you do not see the pop-up, click the user icon in the top right, then click Settings to initiate the connection process:
7. Click the Salido tile to launch the connection process
8. Click Connect POS to be redirected to the Bridge to enter your credentials
9. Enter your credentials and click Sign In
10. Select your organization from the drop-down menu, then click Continue
11. Confirm the connection to Stream by clicking Connect
12. You will now be redirected back to Stream, where you can select the location(s) you want to sync, then click Continue.

Resyncing and Publishing Menu Changes from Bridge
Menu and schedule updates made in the Bridge will synchronize automatically, but if you want to manually synchronize them with Stream, you can pull the latest data from the POS and push it to all connected delivery service providers instantly using the process below.
13. Complete and save any required menu or schedule updates within the Bridge
14. Log in to your Stream dashboard
15. Click the Refresh button to pull the latest menu updates from the POS into the Stream environment
16. Confirm the resync by clicking Yes
A message in the bottom right will alert you to a successful resync or a failure:
17. Click Publish All in the top-right corner to push the updated menu to all connected delivery service providers (DSPs) simultaneously
A check mark will show that the menu push to your DSP(s) was successful:
