Enhance your customer payment process with Salido's Digital Signatures and Flip and Tip features. Digital Signatures enable on-screen signing for both stationary and Handheld POS devices. The Flip and Tip feature, exclusive to stationary terminals, streamlines the payment experience by directly presenting tipping and signature options to your guests. Both powerful tools are configured centrally in the Salido Bridge.

• This configuration allows for paperless signature capture directly on your POS devices.
• Enabling Flip and Tip on stationary terminals provides guests a seamless and interactive way to manage their tips and authorize payments.

To Enable Digital Signature and Flip and Tip:

1. In the Bridge, navigate to the Hardware Menu and select Terminals

2. Select the appropriate Location from the drop-down menu to view the terminals at this location

3. Use the search bar or scroll through the list to find the desired terminal 

4. Click the three dots next to the terminal you wish to configure, then click Edit

5. Under Settings, tick the box for Enable Digital Signature

6. Click Save to confirm the configuration
