Salido offers a seamless integration with R365 to automate the sharing of accounting information. This integration simplifies the process of sending POS data to R365 via SFTP, streamlining your accounting workflow.
- Automated Data Sharing: Share accounting information with R365 automatically through a one-way sync from the POS via SFTP.
- Centralized Integration Management: Manage the R365 integration at the organization (location group) level, with individual location opt-in and daily export time configuration.
To Configure R365 in the Bridge:
1. Navigate to the Settings section of the Bridge and select Integrations > Integrations Marketplace
2. Click the R365 tile to open the integration interface
3. Click on Enable This Integration
4. Enter your SFTP credentials
5. Toggle on the Locations you want to sync data with R365
6. Click on Configure Integration to save the configuration and connect to R365
- After completing the setup, a green 'active' badge will appear next to the integration title, confirming that R365 is configured for your organization.
Please verify the connection using an SFTP client such as Cyberduck or a comparable application. Log in to the SFTP server utilizing the same credentials that were used to connect to R365 in the Bridge, and examine the folders that correspond to your designated locations.
