Digital signatures captured on handheld POS devices are securely stored and readily accessible within the Check section of the Bridge. This feature allows restaurants to conveniently review past signatures, which can be particularly useful for resolving any order discrepancies or chargeback inquiries.

To Verify a Digital Signature in the Bridge:

1. Navigate to the Bridge and select Checks

2. Locate the desired check using the search function

3. Click on the desired check to view its details

4. Click the down arrow to expand the payment details

5. Scroll to the bottom of the payment details panel to verify the digital signature
