Users with the appropriate permissions can toggle auto-applied fees on or off directly in the POS. This allows for quick adjustments to fees without needing backend changes, ensuring accurate check management in real-time.

To Manually Override an Auto-Applied Fee in the POS:
1. If logged out to the PIN screen for inactivity, enter your PIN and tap the Check Mark to log back into the POS device
2. At the top right of the POS screen, tap Global Menu (four squares) to bring up the POS options
3. Tap the Check button to open the Check List View, or tap the Floor Plan button to open the Floor Plan View
4. Open the check that needs the fee manually overridden:
- By tapping the check in the Checks List view
- Or, tapping the table with that check from the Tables view
5. Tap the three dots in the bottom right to bring up the check options
6. Tap the Fees button to open the Fee interface
7. To turn off the Auto-applied Fee you want, simply toggle the switch, then tap Done
