In the Salido POS, managing and viewing check details is streamlined to enhance operational efficiency. Here's how you can effectively utilize this feature:

Edit Details:
- Check Information: modify key elements like Order Type, Party Size, and Label Prefix Information to tailor the service to customer needs.

View Details:
- Guest Info: Access loyalty and rewards program details pertinent to the guest.
- Print Jobs: Monitor menu items sent to prep stations, noting the timing and status of items, including those on hold.
- Check Activity: Review comprehensive check activities such as server details, creation time, item additions, payment, and closure times. It also logs any voided checks or items.
To View and Edit Check Details in the POS:
1. Once logged into the POS, navigate to the Check Menu by tapping Check from the selection screen
2. Tap the check you want to view or edit or use the Check Search function to find a specific check
3. Once inside the guest check, tap the pencil icon to open the Check Details
4. Under the Check Information tab, you can edit the Order Type, Party Size, and Label Prefix
5. Under the Guest Info tab (Coming Soon), you can view customer loyalty information
6. Under the Print Jobs tab, you can view previously printed items, print status, and items scheduled to print
7. Under the Check Activity tab, you can view server details, creation time, item additions, payment, closure times, and any payment, check, or item voids
