Menu Screens are pre-configured via the Bridge to cater to regular service patterns, including meal-specific menus or special events. Nevertheless, the dynamic nature of restaurant operations can demand on-the-fly adjustments. Salido is equipped with the flexibility to override menu screens manually, providing staff the ability to promptly respond to unusual requests, such as offering breakfast items during dinner hours, or adapting to last-minute menu changes not accounted for in the preset configurations.
To Manually Change the Menu Screen in the POS:
1. Once logged into the POS, navigate to the Check Menu by tapping Check from the selection screen
2. Tap on the desired check in the list or tap on the New Order button to bring up the Check interface
3. Tap on the down arrow to bring up the Menu Selection drop-down
4. To display a specific Menu Screen in the POS, select it from the drop-down by tapping on it
5. The selected Menu Screen will now be displayed
