In the Bridge's Loyalty Program section, users can modify existing loyalty programs to adapt to changing business strategies or customer feedback. Adjustments can be made to enhance customer engagement and ensure the program remains competitive and relevant. Key editable options include:
- Rounding Method: Update the approach to 'floor' or 'ceiling' for more precise point calculations per new promotional strategies.
- Point Redemption Delay Period: Amend the delay period to optimize customer spending behavior and redemption rates.
- Enrolled Locations: Change the participating locations to reflect new or closed venues or to target specific markets.
- Point Rule: Revise the criteria for how points are accumulated to align with updated marketing campaigns or customer spending habits.
- Rewards: Adjust the rewards to keep up with customer preferences, seasonal trends, or to introduce new products and services.
To Edit New Loyalty Program:
1. Navigate to the Customers menu in the Bridge and select Loyalty Programs
2. Using the search bar or scrolling function, find the program you wish to edit, click the next to it, then select Edit
3. Click the icon next to Program Information and Settings to edit the following:
A. Edit a Name for the Loyalty Program
B. Choose the desired Rounding Method (Ceiling or Floor)
C. Enter the Point Redemption Delay Period (In Hours)
D. Choose whether or not you want to set the program as active
E. Click on Save and Next
4. Click the button to edit the location(s) to which this Loyalty Program will apply. Tick the boxes for the desired location(s) and click on enroll
5. To edit a previously created Point Rule, click the icon; otherwise, click
to create a new one
6. Choose the Point Rule Type from the drop-down menu
Earn Points by Visit - Recurring: Points awarded every time a visit occurs.
Earn Points by Visit - Milestones: Points awarded on specific visit milestones (e.g., every 5th visit).
Earn Points by Spend: Points earned based on the amount spent.
Earn Points by Purchasing Select Items: Points awarded when specific items are purchased.
Bonus Points - Birthday: Extra points given on a member's birthday.
Bonus Points- Sign Up: Extra points awarded when a user first signs up for the loyalty program.
7. Edit or give the Point Rule a Name, e.g., "Repeat Visitor" for the Earn Points by Visit - Recurring option
8. Edit or fill out the proper parameters for the Point Rule Type chosen in Step 6 and decide whether or not you want to set it to active. The options are as follows:

9. To edit a previously created Reward, click the icon; otherwise, click
to add a new one
10. Choose or change the Reward Type from the drop-down menu
Entire Purchase Discount: Grants a discount on the total bill, rewarding overall spending or consistent patronage.
Item Discount: Offers discounts on select menu items to promote specific dishes or categories.
11. Fill out the parameters for the Reward Type chosen in Step 10
The Entire Purchase Discount can be an Amount or Percentage. If it is a percentage, a Maximum Discount can be defined.
The Item Discount can be applied to one or multiple items selected in this modal.
12. Slide the toggle to set the reward to active and click SAVE
