The Customers section of the Bridge is your central database for managing client information and interactions. It's designed to streamline customer relationship management and enhance loyalty program tracking.
- Comprehensive Records: Maintain detailed customer profiles, including contact information, loyalty program status, and last visit details.
- Loyalty Program Tracking: Monitor the participation of customers in loyalty programs, viewing points, rewards, and engagement levels.
- Interaction Review: Track the latest interactions and visits, allowing for targeted communication and personalized customer service.
To View Loyalty Customer Records:
1. Navigate to the Customers section in the Bridge and select Customers
2. Use the search bar to find a specific customer by name
3. Select from the drop-down menu to filter customers by their enrolled loyalty program or view all customers by leaving all options unchecked
4. To view the customer's details, click the next to their name, then click Edit
5. Click Expand Details to see information about the customer's enrolled Loyalty Program(s)

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page to view the customer's recent transactions
7. Click Back to All Customers to exit the current customer and begin a new search
