- Quickbooks Integration - A new integration with Quickbooks Online automates the transfer of daily financial data from the point of sale into structured accounting records, drastically reducing manual bookkeeping hours for merchants. Users can configure location settings and schedule updates through a centralized management panel, with options to view data as a high-level daily breakdown or broken down by specific day parts.
- Discount Detail Report - A new detailed Discount Report provides a comprehensive list of every individual item-level or check-level discount applied during a selected time period. Managers and staff can easily audit discount reasons, amounts, and approving employees, with flexible options to group the data by location, shift, or order type.
- New Employee Default to Non-Exempt - New employees are automatically assigned a Non-Exempt Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) status upon creation. This update eliminates repetitive manual adjustments during onboarding by defaulting to the classification used for the vast majority of restaurant staff.
BUG FIXES
- Resolved an issue where uploading a bulk importer file with an unexpected number of columns caused a system slowdown and outage. The bulk importer now safely processes these files without affecting system stability.
- Resolved an issue where a prep group containing only a kitchen display system and no printer failed to save and triggered an error message. Prep groups can now be successfully saved with only a display station assigned, allowing locations that do not use physical printers to manage their setups properly.
- Additional product updates targeted at improving usability and customer experience.
