Managers can also view interactive charts for product mix, labor costs, and payment methods to track performance across the entire business.
- Functionality: Pull to Refresh Dashboard - Users can now manually refresh the dashboard by pulling down on the screen to ensure all data is up to date. A timestamp display indicates when the Dashboard was last updated.
- Functionality: Dashboard Filters - Managers can now filter dashboard and product mix data by specific dates or predefined ranges like "This Week" and "Last Month." The update also introduces comparison tools, allowing users to measure current sales performance against previous days, weeks, or years.
- PMIX Reporting Expanded - Managers can now access in-depth product mix data by tapping the dashboard charts to view detailed reporting on sales categories and menu items.
- PMIX Trend Data - The Product Mix screen now calculates and displays sales trends for categories and specific menu items by comparing current data against previous periods. This update allows users to see performance changes as percentages, indicating whether sales for top items are trending up or down.
Staff Management
- Employee Time Entries - Managers can now view a list of clocked-in employees along with their specific clock-in and clock-out times. The interface also displays the total duration of each shift, helping users monitor labor hours more effectively.
- Time Card Edits - Managers can now edit employee time entries to adjust clock-in and clock-out times directly within the Salido Manager app. Users can also add, modify, or delete break periods to ensure accurate labor reporting.
- Time Entry Filter - A new filter allows managers to sort time entries by specific dates and employees within a rolling seven-day window. These filters default to showing all staff for the current day, providing an immediate overview of daily labor.
- Time Entry Details - Managers can now tap on any time entry to view comprehensive shift details, including specific clock times, job positions, and total payable hours.
Check Management
- Check List View Automatic Updates- The check list and details screens now update in real time as checks are created, modified, or closed. Users can view the latest items, payments, and status changes instantly without manually refreshing the application.
- Check List View Filters - Filters allow managers to sort and view checks by specific dates, locations, order types, and servers. These customizable filters provide granular control over check list views and support historical data lookups for up to 90 days.
- Check List Display & Grouping - The check list now displays essential details, including check numbers, table numbers, totals, and current statuses. Checks are automatically grouped by status, with a sorting system that highlights the most recently updated checks at the top of each section. The check list now groups entries by status and sorts them so that the most recently opened, closed, or voided checks appear at the top of their respective sections.
- Check Search - Managers can now search for specific checks within a selected date range by entering a check number, table number, or total.
Design & Functionality
