- Time Cards and Job Positions Interface Improvements: This update brings an upgraded and improved user interface to the Time Cards section of the Bridge web portal, offering a more streamlined and intuitive experience for users. The changes are designed to improve readability, efficiency, and overall usability.
- The display for all dates uses the MM/DD/YYYY format.
- Payroll ID and GL Number are now visible as separate columns.
- Users can navigate between time cards with new "Previous" and "Save & Next" buttons.
- Time and date are now separated into two fields.
- Email addresses are no longer visible in the audit log.
- You can now enter the view or edit screen for a list item by simply clicking anywhere on its row. This update improves efficiency by removing the need to click a specific button or link.
- Pre-authorized checks are now re-authorized if a new item or gift card is added that increases the balance by more than 30% of the original authorized amount. This results in fewer declines, smoother service, and a seamless guest payment experience.
- Summary cards in Reports 2.0 now support multiple formatting options. In addition to currency, values now correctly format to be displayed as a count or a number.
- Job Position Categories now display and allow editing of all associated Job Positions in a single view. Servers can easily add or remove existing positions from the category using a new dropdown menu, which provides an alphabetized list of all available jobs.
BUG FIXES
- Resolved an issue that prevented users from saving a menu price of $0.00 within Price Levels. The system now correctly allows menu item and variant prices to be set at $0.00 or higher, which supports use cases like event pricing without triggering a validation error.
- Resolved an issue where an unsaved tax setting would incorrectly appear in another organization after a user switched between them. The unsaved tax setting template now correctly disappears when switching to another organization, preventing a template from being automatically created in the wrong location.
- Resolved an issue where the "Manage Fees and Gratuities" options did not reflect the fees and gratuities that were already granted to a POS role. The checkboxes for all currently selected options are now correctly filled, providing an accurate representation of the role's permissions.
- Additional product updates targeted at improving usability and customer experience.
