- Radar/Advantage (formerly COMPEAT/Ctuit) Integration - Merchants can now integrate with Radar/Advantage (formerly COMPEAT/Ctuit), via R365. Restaurant365 is a cloud-based software platform that helps restaurants manage their accounting, inventory, scheduling, payroll, and HR. Their goal is to help restaurants increase sales, control food costs, and optimize labor.
- Avero Integration - The integration of Avero with Salido aims to provide restaurant operators with enhanced data analytics and business intelligence. This integration leverages Avero's powerful reporting and insights capabilities to deliver comprehensive operational insights from Salido, thereby enabling better decision-making and operational efficiency.
REPORTING
- New Reporting Experience - The new reporting experience is faster, clearer, and easier to use.
- Improved Design: Reports have a cleaner layout to make reports easier to read and navigate.
- Faster Performance: Reports load more quickly and handle large data sets with greater efficiency.
- More Customization: Reports are more interactive with the ability to apply filters and click into charts to compare details. Tailored views now highlight what matters most to your restaurant.
- Updated Reports Available: Enhanced versions of key reports include Close Summary Product Mix, Tender Report, Discount Report, Void Report, Refund Report, Labor Report, Pay In/Out Report, Cash Report, Fees Report, multiple Gift Card reports, and more.
PAYMENTS
- Resolved an issue where the Point of Sale system would freeze if a check was voided on one terminal while a credit card payment was being entered on another. The system now processes the void correctly, allowing continued use of both terminals.
- Updated payment icons to more clearly represent payment type used and differentiate between credit card, cash, gift card, and ‘other’ payments.
CHECKS
- Resolved an issue where a gift card would disappear from the check panel view after closing it. The gift card now remains visible on the check panel view after closure.
RECEIPTS
- Cash Discount Savings - A new message on the guest receipt displays the amount saved by utilizing the cash discount, making it easier for guests to see their potential savings.
BRIDGE
- Job Categories - Job positions can now have job categories assigned, making it easier to organize and manage staff roles.
- Resolved an issue that prevented users from starting a shift from the Bridge web portal.
- Resolved an issue where switching locations did not always update the displayed information in printer lists and prep profiles
