• Feature: Manager Approval for Fees - Manager approval can now be required to add, delete, and update fees to a bill. Employee roles can now be granted the "Can Approve Others" permission to approve these actions.

• Fix: Resolved an issue where Locations did not display on the Tipping Configuration screen after a browser refresh.
