- Feature: Manager Approval for Fees - Manager approval can now be required to add, delete, and update fees to a bill. Employee roles can now be granted the "Can Approve Others" permission to approve these actions.
- Fix: Resolved an issue where the Save button was not enabled when modifying Price Levels by Location.
- Fix: Resolved an issue where Locations did not display on the Tipping Configuration screen after a browser refresh.
- Fix: Updated language on the Tipping Configuration screen to indicate that suggested tips are calculated on the sub-total before Tax and after Discounts.
- Fix: Added help text to the Tipping Configuration screen to better explain why certain configurations cause errors and to help the user make a correction.

- Fix: Resolved an issue where modifications to reports did not respect saved values.
