1. Tap the Location icon in the bottom navigation bar at the bottom-right corner of the screen
2. Locate the Takeout lead time override or Delivery lead time override slider
3. Drag the slider to the right to increase the prep time override in 15-minute intervals (up to a maximum of 180 minutes)

All slider adjustments save automatically and synchronize immediately across Bridge and POS.
Throttling Recommendations:
Use the throttling and lead time overrides in the following scenarios to optimize kitchen pacing:
- Peak Dining Hours: Increase the Takeout lead time override or Delivery lead time override by 15 or 30 minutes during sudden dinner rushes to give the kitchen line extra time to prepare orders without overwhelming staff.
- Unexpected Staff Shortages: If the kitchen is running short-staffed, temporarily toggle Accept online orders off to pause incoming digital orders while you catch up on in-house guest checks.
- High Delivery Volume: If delivery dispatch is delayed or delivery order volume spikes, increase the Delivery lead time override while keeping takeout orders at their Default prep time.
