• Factor4 Integration - Merchants can now integrate Salido with Factor4 to manage their Gift Card program, which allows users to activate, reload, and deactivate gift cards directly from the POS terminal. In addition, gift cards can be configured to allow for redemption across multiple merchant locations.

• QR Code Pay at the Table - Support for QR code payments at the table has been added to streamline the guest checkout experience. This enhancement allows guests to scan a QR code at their table to view and pay their check directly from a mobile device.

• Reporting Performance Optimizations - Reporting dashboards load faster to provide users with immediate access to business analytics. Data processing updates ensure high transaction volumes and large sales totals display accurately.
• Payments Summary Report: Enterprise Level - Enterprise users can access a combined Payments Summary report across all associated brands in the Bridge. This update aggregates financial data into a single view to streamline multi-organization reporting.
• Stream Online Ordering Payment Configuration - An option to select custom payment methods has been added to Stream online ordering templates. This allows administrators to configure alternative payment types for online orders utilizing Stream while maintaining standard payment settings.
• Optimized Guest Info Receipt Printing - Kitchen receipts automatically omit the guest information section when no guest details are attached to a check. This reduces paper waste and keeps kitchen tickets concise.
• Updated EPX Manual Card Entry Settings - EPX payment settings streamline manual card entry configuration by removing unnecessary options. Updated guidance clarifies that manually entered card transactions are always processed as card-not-present.
• POS Usability Optimizations - The POS menu screen has been optimized to improve loading speeds and system responsiveness. This update provides servers with faster access to menu items during service.
