To Navigate the Bridge Menu:
To access the Bridge, navigate to your organization-specific url and enter your email address and password.
After logging in with your email address and password, click in the upper left corner of your screen to expand the menu

To Access the Help Chat Bot and Support:
To open the AI chat bot for the Salido help center, click the chat bubble icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Ask the Chatbot: Type your question in the chat window. For example, in the screenshot, the user asked "How do I add a menu item?"
- Read the Summary: The chatbot will provide a summarized response to your question. Quickly read this response to see if it sufficiently addresses your needs.
- Click "Read More" (If Needed): If the summarized response doesn't fully answer your question or you need more detailed instructions, click the "Read More" button. This will take you to a help center article with comprehensive instructions on how to accomplish your task.
